Every body is different in how they absorb the vitamins and minerals; how they absorb the vitamins from the foods they eat, their size, their age, the infections they battle, etc. What is written on the bottle may not be adequate or be too much for an individual. Excessive intake of supplements are peed out and others, as they accumulate, become detrimental to the body. They must be kept in balance.

Another word about vitamins and minerals; Vitamins, minerals, herbs, medications, etc. cannot always be taken together for numerous reasons that would be detrimental or not as effective. Some are to be taken before meals, others, after meals, and some apart from each other.

The shopping cart would basically hold:
86 %  vegetables, 5% organic fruits, and 5% some types of wild fish or wild/organic meat, organic or free range eggs or raw cheese and 3% other. And your dinner plates would hold that similar percentage, more or less.

See how to detox above ground foods.

    86 % Vegetables:
Heavy on the broccoli and the green leafy vegetables. Less of the purples, yellows, reds, orange, and whites, yet the variety added to the greens throughout the week will supply the body with the essentials each supplies and will also make meals interesting. Very good detoxifiers are beets, cabbage, radishes, artichokes, broccoli, chlorella, cilantro, spirulina, and seaweed.

    5% Fruit:
A banana a day for bowel elimination & potassium. Heavy on the citrus fruits as they are especially detoxifying; (red) grapefruit, lemons, limes and tomatoes, pineapples and other  fruit and berries. Best eaten between meals.

    Essential fatty acids omega-3 foods:
Nuts and seeds: handful of almond nuts, few walnuts at the end of a meal, and pumpkin seeds, freshly ground flax seed.  And White fish, Tuna, Halibut, Trout as well as eggs sprinkled generously with Basil.hose with unhealthy liver's best to avoid fish oilscontaining vitamin A /and or toxic

    Fermented foods:
Sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, cheeses, pickles, olives, beer, wine, and raw cacao.

Cook with grape seed oil for heat oil, and olive oil for cold -such as for dressings, etc.

If bread is a must, 98% of the time eat Rye bread.
Keep off the following 98% of the time:  Wheat starch, wheat bran, wheat germ,   couscous, cracked wheat, durum, einkorn, emmer, farina, faro, fu, gliadin, graham flour, kamut, matzo, semolina, spelt.

A fruit will help the sugar craving. Or use Stevia. Never use the chemical toxin sweeteners! If you must, go with a limited amount of the natural real sugar...Just remember you are not the only one enjoying it, because it also feeds all your nasty bacteria's, fungus and parasites..All these love white and sweet.

Cook vegetables only to the point of removing their crispness, meaning don't boil them to anywhere near mush.

    Make the meals interesting
by adding known anti inflammatorie's; Turmeric, oregano, garlic, ginger, blueberries and Cayenne (helps circulation).

    Add foods
that are pungent, bitter, salty, sour, and sweet. They are not only interesting for the taste buds, but also each are helpful to different organs.

Don't forget the eyes love colors and different shapes and textures and it sets a lovely mood for the digestion!

Water - drink more when eradicating the bacteria's, hot days, when active and when you are in the eradication process.

If you have a juicer: Juice organic lemons, okra, lettuce, celery, parsley, cucumbers, carrots, kale, chard, beet greens, beets, dandelion greens, spinach or at least detoxify them. Keep heavy on the greens and citrus.

The quality and type of food you eat, during the day, will affect the quantity of minerals you require that particular day.
Balance all your supplements and minerals for five weeks before adding other tinctures, herbs, etc. It may end up that your body will re balance itself with a balance of vitamins and minerals alone.
    More on vitamins

Most all vegetables and fruit of above ground need to be detoxified from toxins upon them. In one gallon water add 11/2 teaspoon 30% food grade peroxide. Immerse food completely for an average of 20 minutes..

~ Take what you want and leave the rest! ~
