What is Inflammation

Inflammation is a process in response to an injury, infection, or toxins. When the body is alerted to injury, infection, or toxins it sends all kinds of little workers to these areas where they will immediately begin the healing process of injury. 

The process of inflammation produces pain, heat, redness, irritation, swelling, and sensitivity to pain. The pain causes an immobility thereby giving time for the body to repair itself, save itself, and to alert brain to remedy the problem.

The body uses its detoxification systems to get rid of toxins to prevent being poisoned to death. When the detoxification systems are sluggish, or overloaded, the toxins are unable to enter the detoxification systems quickly and therefore must remain in the interstitial fluid and circulate in the blood, meanwhile the entire body is affected by the lingering toxins.

The body, in its quest for survival, detects the rogue toxins and isolates them with the process of inflammation. If the problem continues, such as bacteria's, parasites, bad foods ingested, working with pesticides, etc. and no serious detoxification work is done by the owner, in time inflammation goes to the organs and systems. And, as more toxin load increases over the years, and have no way out, the body will become very ill. 

Helpful examples to lower inflammation:
  • Eradicate all infections, parasites, and fungus and remove accumulated  metals, chemicals, drugs, vaccination and radiation poisons, etc, as soon as possible.
  • Eat an anti-inflammatory diet with plenty of fruit,, vegetables, and wild seafood - foods rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and essential fatty acids. Avoid over-eating. In your cooking be generous with; turmeric, oregano, garlic, ginger, blueberries. Avoid simple carbohydrates, sugary foods, junk foods, red and processed meat, yeast, gelatin foods, some nuts and the whole grain products.
  • Take Salmon or flax oil.
  • Supplement with Cod liver oil in winter and daily Vitamin C and E.
  • Do physical activity every day, get adequate sleep, reduce stress and drink a cup of water every hour to flush out toxins.
  • Detoxify, detoxify, detoxify!
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil : About 50 milliliters of olive oil a day effectively amounts to a low-dose anti-inflammatory. ( olive oil contains the compound oleocanthal which, like ibuprofen, turns out to be a COX-1 and COX-2 inhibitor (Nature, vol 437, p 45). "Structurally it's not similar, but pharmacologically it's very similar," Mix  with freshly squeezed lemon and zest adding herbs to the oil bottle. Drizzle over toast, green salads, lightly cooked vegetables, etc.
    • Read all side effects of any drug before filling prescription. Tell your pharmacist all the herbs and other drugs you are presently taking.
    • Herbs are potent medicines. Misuse or incorrect dosage can lead to serious health problems. Whenever using herbs as a supplement, I highly recommend seeing an alternative health care practitioner who understands the effects and dosages before taking them and tests them for interactions. 
    • Do not mix herbs and/or drugs unless you have researched each or consulted with a health care professional.
    • Just because drugs or herbs individually are good for you, it does not mean they can be taken together. Certain things taken with another can cause serious problems, even your life. Always muscle test all your support products to test if they can be safely taken with each other.

    Helpful Relief Remedies:

  • Apply cold water packs (rather then ice packs on inflammation.)
  • Apply castor oil packs. 
  • Apply fresh turmeric paste on the external inflamed area, cover it with a cloth to make into poultice for pain relief/ inflammation reduction.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of rosemary with food.
  • Take 6 teaspoons of the powder or ground paste of fresh Turmeric/ curcumin daily to reduce swelling and pain.
  • Steep at least 4 teaspoons of dried ginger in boiling water for a brewed ginger tea.
  • Horsetail heals tissues and reduces inflammation. The joints of this herb can be steeped in boiling water for a brewed tea or can be ground and applied on the inflamed area and covered with cloth to form a poultice.

  • Homeopathic Arnica gel applied topically relieves inflammation.

  • Problems such as minor edema can be treated by drinking an herbal tea made from the horsetail.

      Heart inflammation (myocarditis) may cause vague chest pain or fluid retention.

      3. Joint inflammation
      Joint inflammation is usually caused by toxic metals,drugs, radiation and vaccination poisons, chemical toxins, toxins of bacteria, protozoa's, parasites, viruses, cartilage deterioration, Lyme arthritis, Gout, etc.. 
    • Removing all metals, vaccination, drug, and chemical toxins and also parasites, bacteria's, viruses, protozoa and fungal toxins from the body as soon as possible.
    • Helpful for keeping joints flexible is eating  Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sweet potato, Virgin olive oil, blueberry, Blackberries, cranberries, goji berries, papaya, pineapple, green tea, water, tumeric, ginger, kelp, strawberries and raspberries.

    Relief Remedies for inflammation:
    • Hot and cold compresses
    • Diluted clove essential oil applied on joints.
    • Hot Epsom Salt bath.
    • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water three times a day. Or, Take 1 teaspoonful of turmeric in hot milk to cure all kinds of body pains.
    • Rub the aching joints with hot vinegar before going to bed.
    • Take one teaspoons apple cider vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of honey dissolved in a small glass of warm water up to three times a day.
    • Drink plenty of water to keep the body clean.
    • Exercise in water. It may reduce pain and improve flexibility.
    • EARTHING Reduces inflammation- For twenty minutes a day- Walk or have your feet on land outdoors ( not on cement). You may also buy gadgets to use indoors.
    • SUN GAZING Heals by filling body with light  energy; eye disorders, appetite. Stand outdoors, bare feet preferably, and gaze in a relaxed way at the sun one hour after sunrise and one hour to sunset only. Start at ten seconds working to a minute and so on.

    • BARE FEET -Place bare feet directly on the earth for twenty minutes a day to get rid of some inflammation. Walk on the beach barefoot.
    • FASTING FOR A DAY- Drink only good water.
    • RIFE FREQUENCY- Detox- 306,  Inflammation -  362.50 Choose a RIFE frequency that resonates with you.
    • POTATO POULTICE - Place grated or peeled potato on the skin of the affected area. Cover the potato with a tea towel and then wrap with plastic  wrap. Remove after 30 minutes.  Use daily or as necessary.
    • CASTOR OIL PACK- Inflammation and pain absorber- Soak an old towel in castor oil. (not dripping)- Place on area of inflammation.- Cover with a plastic bag.- Place heating pad/hot water bottle over it for an hour or so. Use on any area where inflammation pain exists.

    4. Gout (High Uric Acid)
    Pseudo gout is calcium pyrophosphate dehydrate crystals.
    Gout is when the system has abnormally elevated levels of uric acid in the blood. It is a breakdown product of purines, which are part of many foods we eat. Eventually some crystallize and are deposited in and around the joints in cartilage tissue, tendons, and soft tissues. It is felt under the skin felt as slivers, sharp, and stinging.   In joints as redness and tenderness often starting at the base of the big toe with sudden pain, bumps or tiny growths (called tophi's) that appear on the sides of the knuckles and feel like slivers that come and go.  A high level of Uric acid may decrease kidney function and kidney stones can develop. Uric acid is always present in body. 
    High uric acid hides well amongst Lyme disease symptoms.
  • Avoiding high in purine foods like anchovies, asparagus, herring, red meat, meat gravies and broth's, mushrooms, mussels, all organ meats, sardines, soya milk, bean curds, bean sprouts, bean paste. Drink water. Tomatoes, 
  • Sometimes Cherry juice and strawberries are helpful for balancing the uric acid. Not for everyone. Some do better with Herbs.

      5. Bone pain

      Bone pain can result from many different sources including problems with the circulatory system, infection, repetitive use, injury, high uric acid,  imbalance of minerals, inflammation of Lyme and coinfections, Babesia...and, is exacerbated by osteoporosis. 

      Those with infections in the spinal cord often have pain or discomfort that is worse at night or with bed rest. Those with pain in long bones, such as the arms and legs, have pain with activity or movement. In this case, some relief is usually achieved with rest. 

      Spinal cord interference can lead to back pain or make walking painful and difficult. Other symptoms might include numbness and weakness in the legs, problems with the bowels or bladder, or numbness in the abdominal area. Most with Babesia or Lyme will have these in the spinal cord.

      In Lyme cases the medial tibia shaft is most always painful. And in Lyme and coinfections there is plenty of spine pain, rib cage pain, shoulder, anywhere bone pain.

      Bone pain is usually a deep, penetrating, boring, or dull pain and in the case of Babesia and Lyme pain can be excruciating.

      It is to figure out if the message to the bone is from inflammation in the head causing the nerves to send out incorrect messages, if is it an actual injury, is it inflammation from the toxins, is it an infestation of the coinfections or Bb's in the area???

      6. Ligament Pain

      The main function of ligament is to connect bone to bone.

      Ligament pain can be chronic, persistent, achy, burning, debilitating mobility, and weather sensitive. It mimic's nerve impingement and causes sensations of numbness. When a ligament is stretched, or torn causing too much movement between the bones this may sound/feel popping, clicking, catching or feeling of weakness between the bones and this will cause the muscles to go into spasm, in an effort to tighten the area down.
      Lyme present in ligaments and tendons will cause spasms or pain. 
      Aim to reduce spasm, pain and Inflammation.
      Damaged nerves will trigger ligament pain.

    • Removing all infections, parasites and metals.

    • Martin and Pleasance   A Homeopathic Remedy Traditionally used for the temporary relief of Spasmodic pain, Muscle cramps, Spasms and Twitches.(does not help for spirochetes present in the ligaments or ligaments injured by spirochetes)

    • Cold compression around the injured area. 
    • Soak in warm water to which a few drops of lavender oil has been added.
    • Place finely chopped onions, in a muslin cloth and wrap it around the affected area.

    • Add a teaspoon of camphor to a cup full of mixture of sunflower oil and turpentine oil (in the portion of three to one). Locally massage this application around the sprain area.

      7. Muscle Pain:

      Muscle pain can involve ligaments, tendons, fascia, soft tissues that connect muscles, bones, and organs, as well as some smooth muscles. 

      Myalgia Pain may be rigidity, strains, sprains, ruptures, bruises, cuts, crushing injuries, spasms, charley horse's, cramps, stiffness, weakness, Myofascial pain, sensitive points, trigger points, tender points and inflammation.

      Muscle pain may be dull, aching, cramping, mild or severe, local or diffused, tender, burning, raw. Muscle pain is often less intense than that of bone pain but can be very uncomfortable. Bone pain is usually a deep, penetrating, boring, or dull pain as well as tendon pain.

      Muscle inflammation( Myositis) sometimes causes weakness instead of pain. Painful muscles are not always inflamed. Muscle inflammation can cause pain and tenderness, swelling, warmth, and impairment of function, causing muscle weakness  because not enough blood is flowing to the muscles.

      Common Causes of muscle pain (Myalgia and myositis): Zoonotic diseases, zoonotic infection damage, Parasites, bacteria's, viruses, and protozoas.Flukes. Drugs, chemicals, and vaccination poisons. Deficiencies in vitamin C and B-complex, electrolyte deficiencies (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium) and other. Fibromyalgia, Infection in the blood, tension or stress, Injury or trauma including sprains and strains, Overuse, also certain drugs, ACE inhibitors, Cocaine, Statins, other diseases, antibiotics, cholesterol lowering agents, diuretics, amphetamines, cocaine, narcotics and poisons of insect or spider bites. Certain medical conditions may cause muscle cramps, as well as long hours of physical work in hot weather and some medications. Spirochetes,  or Mycoplssma lurking in a muscle.

    • Myalgia accompanying systemic infection resolves with the removal of the underlying infections.
    • Drinking water throughout the day.
    • Exercise, gentle stretching exercises, yoga.
    • Plenty of sleep. 
    • Reducing stress. 
    • Deep sleep with deep meditation CD. 
    • Meditation, relaxation techniques to decrease the amount of anxiety; Place yourself in a quiet environment, and close your eyes. Take slow, steady, deep breaths, and try to concentrate on things that have relaxed you in the past or begin at the toes  and work up to the top of the head   relaxing each single body part.
    • Keeping the bowels moving. Detox, detox, detox!
    • Oxygenation; breathing, walks,
    • Pain due to bone problems causing muscle problems; braces or assertive devices (such as walkers or canes), may help. 
    • Rest, avoid heavy exercise, rest the part of body with pain. Apply ice for the first 24 - 72 hours of an injury to reduce pain and inflammation, after that, heat often feels more soothing and end with ice. 
    • Eradicating the mycoplasma, the lyme and sometimes parasites can be in the muscles.
    Helpful Muscle Support:
    • MAGNESIUM and  Manganese, Potassium, Calcium, and Vitamin C provides relief for swollen tissues and joint tenderness. Vitamin A and vitamin E are antioxidants and these antioxidants increase the immunity of the system and provide myalgia pain relief. 
    • Organic Sulfur (MSM) colloidal minerals but rubbed some directly on the muscles.
    • Carrot juice is also highly beneficial as it strengthens the ligaments. Eating dried fruits, especially apricots and bananas, to maintain high levels of potassium and to prevent muscle cramps. 
    • For magnesium, which is also important for muscular work, eat whole-grain products, nuts, potatoes and vegetables. 
    • Anti-inflammatory eicosanoids, such as fish oil and borage seed oil.

    • Mix 5 tablespoons of St.-John's-wort oil, 1 tablespoon of arnica oil and 1 teaspoon each of eucalyptus and rosemary oils. Gently massage the oil mixture into sore muscles after a workout.

    • Clove Oil mixed with a little Olive oil rubbed on sore areas.
    • Ash leaves relieve pain in the muscle tissue. Bring 1 teaspoon of dried leaves and 1 cup of water to a brief boil; steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink in sips.
    • Take 1 teaspoonful of turmeric in hot milk to cure all kinds of body pains.

      8. Nerve pain (Neuralgia, Neuropathy, Neuritis):

      Spinal cord conveys signals from the brain to the nerves throughout the body. 31 pairs of spinal nerves exit the spinal cord through openings between the vertebrae and then branches out into the peripheral nervous system to control different parts of the body. 

      The Autonomic nerves control the involuntary or partially voluntary activities of the body, including heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature regulation. Autonomic nerve damage may produce inability to sense chest pain, sweating imbalance, lightheadedness, dry eyes, and mouth, constipation, bladder and sexual dysfunction.

      The Motor nerves control movements and actions by passing information from brain and spinal cord to muscles. Motor nerve damage may produce weakness, muscle atrophy, twitching, and paralysis. 

      The Sensory nerves relay information from skin and muscles back to spinal cord and brain, is processed to let the body feel pain and other sensations. Sensory nerve damage may produce problems with positional awareness, pain sensitivity numbness tingling or prickling burning.

      Lyme disease has the ability to affect the nerves in our body due to the neurotoxins automatically attracted to the nerves. As well, the spirochetes are said to use the spinal fluid as a pathway to infect the entire body. Their presence in the fluid has great ability to be disruptive to any of the nerves it touches. They come out of tail bone or sacrum area to infect lower body. Babesia has also been found in the spine.

      Nerve Pain: is commonly due to the nerve being trapped, damaged, compressed, or pinched, and less commonly due to some other disease process affecting the nerve, as in Lyme disease. Damage can occur to nerves in the brain and spinal cord. It can also occur in the peripheral nerves, which are located throughout the rest of your body.

      Neuralgia, Neuropathy, Neuritis- is a type of pain which originates from the peripheral and/or central nervous system. The source of the pain is commonly due to the nerve being trapped, damaged, compressed, or pinched, and less commonly due to some other disease process affecting the nerve. 

      Peripheral neuropathy is caused by abnormalities in sensory or motor nerves causing tingling and numbness that begins in the hands and feet and spreads upward along with muscle weakness that gradually spreads throughout the body; the shooting pains are typically worse at night. All infections and toxins of other illness will damage the peripheral nerves. They only begin to regenerate once the toxins are no longer present in the body. 
      All stressors that create toxins must be out of the body. 

      Carpal tunnel resulting from median nerve compression in the wrist (from swelling, inflammation, constricted muscles caused by systemic infection). It can lead to numbness, tingling, weakness, or muscle damage in the hand and fingers. With zoonotic infections causing the blockage of lymphatic pathways the arms may become filled with toxins unable to escape. It will mimic carpal tunnel, so avoid being talked into surgery, rather do myofascial therapy and opem the lymphatic pathways. 

      Helpful :

    • Address the underlying condition that's causing the nerve pain or nerve damage such as eradicating the zoonotic infections,  stop any medications or foods/drinks/pesticides/paints that may also be causing nerve damage.

    • 9. Tendon Pain (Tendonitis):
      A tendon is a fibrous structure that connects muscles to bone. Tendonitis is characterized by pain, inflammation and swelling in this structure. 
      The most common areas afflicted by tendonitis are the shoulder, wrist, elbow, knee, heel and ankle. 


    • Vitamin C is critical to fighting the body's inflammatory response and can aid in healing tendonitis by boosting the immune system.
    • Minerals calcium and magnesium are essential to proper muscle and connective tissue function as well as maintaining neurological health. 
    • White willow bark is a natural pain/inflammation reliever that can be used in place of aspirin. (never together) It interacts with many things) It is important to note if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates, you should not use Bark extract of white willow. 
    • Boswellia is another natural herbal pain reliever that can be used in place of NSAIDs. If you are on a blood thinning medication, talk to your health care provider before using white willow bark or boswellia or curcumin.

    • Chamomile,D-Flame,Echinacea, Ginger,Gravel root,  Mistletoe,Nervines, Pain-X,  White willow, Wood betony. These herbs help relieve pain,yet are unlikely to stop pain caused by a toxic overload.
    • Some drug pain relievers stop the pain in the moment. For Lyme disease, as in  fibromyalgia, medications must be continuously changed every six weeks to three months to get any kind of relief,if any. ..All the while depositing their toxic residues in the body. Some create problems of addiction (becoming enslaved by the drug)and very difficult to ever get off of them. The body craves the drug, but the pain is not being relieved, and  the pain increases from the drug itself or alters how the body feels pain.
    • Ibuprofen will stop pain of inflammation pain.
