3000 enzymes in our bodies and that results in over 7000 enzymatic reactions. 

  • Metabolic enzymes are produced internally and are responsible for running the body at the level of the blood, tissues, and organs.
  • Digestive enzymes are produced in the pancreas  to break food down into nutrients and waste. 
  • Plant enzymes found in fresh raw plants. (Amylases, Proteases, and Lipases) When raw food is eaten, chewing ruptures the cell membrane and releases the food enzymes which  begin to digest food.
    • Food enzymes are destroyed by heat, this is why it is important to increase fresh raw fruit and vegetables into your daily diet, olive oil, flax oil and similar.
    • Lactobacilli in fermented vegetables enhances their digestibility and increases vitamin levels. Lactobacilli produce numerous helpful enzymes as well as antibiotic and anti carcinogenic substances. Their main by-product, lactic acid, not only keeps vegetables and fruits in a state of perfect preservation but also promotes the growth of healthy flora throughout the intestine.       It is important to take fermented food in small quantity daily: to help remove toxins and harmful bacteria found in many foods, to improve  digestion, especially when consumed before a meal and to allow for nutrients to be absorbed properly, to aid  in the preservation and creation of important enzymes. To support immune function and to increase B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, digestive enzymes, lactase and lactic acid that fight off harmful bacteria and more.
    The pancreas produces the digestive enzymes. 

    What can lead to deficiencies in digestive enzymes:

    • Chronic stress promotes pancreas insufficiency.
    • Sick pancreas; inflammation, spirochete present, accumulation of neurotoxins
    • Low-grade inflammation in the digestive tract (such as that caused by “food allergies,” or parasitic infection.l
    • Low stomach acid often follows inadequate digestive enzymes.See stomach.
    • Thick bile affects pancreatic efficiency as well as the flow of pancreatic (digestive) enzymes..See Bile here. 
    • And probably more such as some drugs and chemicals and other.

    Some signs Digestive enzyme may be required :
    Sensation of food sitting in your stomach, gas and bloating after meals, undigested food in your stool, feeling full after eating just a few bites of food, consistent floating of stools, or an “oil slick” in the toilet bowl from undigested fats, a reflux, inability to digest certain foods you were able to digest previously such as high uric acid, only able to eat certain foods, limited amout of foods..

    For those with problems in pancreas (when it cannot produce enzymes.) 

    • Consider supplementing with digestive enzymes. Not all digestive enzymes are equal for everyone. It is best to energy test for necessity of adding enzymes and for best type for your body problem. Best not to take them when not necessary. 
    • The Pancreas can be repaired completely of most enzyme insufficiency's with specific frequencies for an individual. . Frequencies can do this. I have done this one for myself, yet others required a different one to repair this specific lack. This was : 625 - 2 X a day for 3 mins for at least 8 consecutive days (high uric acid disappears) 
    • Stop further damage being caused by the neurotoxins by releasing neurotoxins..
    • Increase raw vegetable intake.
    Digestive enzyme: 
      Proteases breaks down proteins
      Lipases breaks down fats
      Carbohydrases such as amylase breaks down carbohydrates
      Some require only the plant enzymes (e.g.Papaya)
    • Swanson Premium Digestive Enzymes
    • Full Spectrum Digestive Enzyme Blend from Swiss Herbal.
    Pancreatic enzymes are for those with many foods no longer being able to be digested such as meat.
    No enzymes seem to be available for complete digestion of purines what produces high uric acid.
    No enzyme seem to be available for complete digestion of grains.
    Systemic enzyme juices: unable to find what supplement would help. 
      • I have frequencies for permanently repairing each of the above insufficiencies. When done correctly with specific frequency, consecutively for correctt amount of days for  the individual it restores function and then there is no need for supplementing for a lifetime. Here from my collection you may want to experiment with: 
      • grains:596.50
      • Vegetables: 752.60
      • Purines: 625
      • Fibers: 651
      • Meat: 931:22
      • Stimulation of the juices:   464 

    Systemic enzymes:
    * Unfortunately these cannot be taken with other products or eradicating agents, other then RIFE as they clean up and cancel most things.

    Excellent for anyone with chronic inflammation. These enzymes lower inflammation throughout the body. They do not remove accumulated toxins! 

    Systemic enzymes dissolve fibrin, scar; in simple cuts, inside of our internal organs and inside blood vessels, reduces stickiness of blood cells, clean fibrocystic breast disease, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and arterial sclerotic plaque, pulmonary fibrosis, kidney fibrosis, even keloids years after their formation and the fibrin beginning to spider web its way inside of our internal organs. Read the labels: Most are safe and free of dangerous side effects. They must not be taken by hemophiliac's or those  on prescription blood thinners like Coumadin, Heparin and Plavix, without direct medical supervision. 

    Again, these systemic enzymes are not all are equal by far. Avoid falling for great sales pitch pages. Best to energy test to get energy on effective enzymes. Serrapeptase made by Enerex test well and return excellent results.
    Best taken on an empty stomach three hours away from foods.
    Not taken with any drugs as removes their effectiveness.
    Will cancel essential oils.
    Cancel herbs.
    FLUOX and MMS will cancel Systemic enzymes.

Probiotics work to boost the immune system by helping with enzymes, PH balance, digestion, the synthesis of vitamins,  nutrients absorption, resistance to allergies, detoxifying and protecting from toxins, also kills some types of Candida fungus and probably helpful in other areas. 

Probiotics are naturally produced by the body for friendly gastrointestinal tract bacteria and to help regulate cholesterol level and blood pressure. 

Probiotics are a necessity to restore good bacteria after accumulated waste have been eliminated from the bowel after a colonic/enema and after taking antibiotics (as the antibiotics actually lower the immune response because both the good and the bad bacteria are destroyed). Probiotics are taken therapeutically when an imbalance has been created from lactose intolerance, candidiasis, allergies, digestive problems, intestinal parasites, diarrhea, intestinal infection, constipation, vaginitis, irritable bowel syndrome, thrush, Urinary tract disorders and leaking gut and probably more .. *** Some strains of flora reduce inflammation in the gastrointestinal area.

Helpful to include daily: 

  • Unsweetened Yogurt, cottage cheese, honey, kefir, buttermilk, goat's milk, fermented sauerkraut, miso soup,  Jerusalem and regular artichokes, Kumbacha.
  • Commercial probiotics: It is recommended to choose a product containing a wide variety of bacterial strains to increase the likelihood of having beneficial organisms reach the intestines.  An ideal probiotic supplement contains 10 or more strains of beneficial bacteria. The most common strains are: Bifido bacterium longum, Acidophilus, lactobacillus lactis, lactobacillus reuteri, streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus rhamnosus, and bifidobacterium infantis.
- Probiotics are effective only when taken on a full stomach, during or immediately after lunch,  as the Ph is more friendly to the survival of the probiotic so it can reach the intestines. They do not normally need to be taken daily. Example I need one capsule every fourth day. 

Example of two ideal probiotics and being sufficient to replenish flora: 

  • Swanson ProBiotic-4
  • Lactobacillus Acidophilus & Bifidus from Swiss Herbal
